Are you investing time and money into driving visitors to your website? A common scenario I see, is that businesses haven't created a 'conversion optimised website'. Your website should persuade visitors to take the actions you want them to take. These actions may include contacting you, an event registration, making a purchase, downloading resources or any other 'call-to-action'.

Your website should ensure goals are achieved. It also needs to provide a good visitor/ user experience (UX). As leading designer, Raymond Loewy said, "Good design keeps the user happy, the manufacturer in the black and the aesthete unoffended".

Depending on your current website presence, and marketing goals, your website may need a complete redesign, or small tweaking.

We may need to undertake user testing to capture feedback on the user experience of your website. You may need Google Analytics setup to ensure your website is performing as you planned.

Perhaps you need basic or an advanced SEO strategy to have your website found. For all these web needs and more, I'm here to help.

search marketing

Search marketing (or Search Engine Marketing) is the process of attracting online traffic to your website or social media presences, and gaining visibility on search engines such as Google, Bing and YouTube.

Search marketing includes 'organic' search, via SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), ensuring your website is found by our determined search keywords. Search marketing also includes 'paid' search such as online advertising, for example Google Adwords and Social Media Marketing like Instagram Ads.

Online advertising is highly targeted, with the capability to target people of specific ages, interests and locations, and have a high control over budget spend.

Remarketing is also a great online advertising option. Remarketing lets you display your ads to visitors who've previously landed on your website, as they continue to browse the Web.

I'm experienced in producing integrated marketing campaigns. These campaigns can include strategising, managing and reporting on search engine marketing campaigns, specialising in SEO, Google AdWords, Facebook paid advertising and more.

social media marketing

69% of Australians use social media, with approximately a third of Australians using social media for commercial purposes, such as researching brands, pre-purchase researches, and gaining access to special offers.

With correct setup and management, social media promotes loyalty, influence and word-of-mouth marketing. Word-of-mouth marketing is customer-to-customer marketing, and is extremely powerful. It promotes brand trust, loyalty, and allows your customers to do the talking and sharing of your brand for you, taking some of the hard work out of your hands.

On the other hand, if mismanaged, your social media presence can do more harm than good.

Start a conversation with me to find out more about influencer marketing, or to discuss the best social media platforms for you (including review platforms like TripAdvisor or Google business page ratings), or best practices on how to use your existing social media presence/s.

Content marketing is about creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content (text, images, data and more) to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience  and ultimately, to drive profitable customer action. Content marketing is about creating interesting information that ignites passion in your customers so they pay attention to you, and at best, share your content.

Great content improves social 'sharability', website SEO and online visitor engagement. It promotes you as an industry leader and nurtures customer loyalty.

Content strategy can involve blog posts, social media, guides, webinars and more. Content marketing is closely linked to brand identity. Keep scrolling to learn more.

brand strategy

Founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, said “A brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room”.

Brand-led businesses are reported to outperform other marketing approaches. Brand identity is the heartbeat of any business, organisation or person. A brand without insight and strategy, is vulnerable of miscommunicating, or missing target audiences altogether.

Your brand should confirm your credibility, and connect with your target prospects emotionally and motivate them.  A great brand creates loyal, trusting customers.
